Meetup tickets & paid classes
Tickets are refundable through the organizer up to 48 hours before the event starts. If the organizer cancels the event, all tickets are automatically refunded in full. Platform commissions on refunded tickets are returned to the buyer as part of the refund.
Vendor subscriptions ($99 / year)
Annual vendor subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of purchase provided the storefront has not processed a product sale. After the 7-day window or on first product sale, the subscription is non-refundable. When the 12-month period ends, the storefront moves to read-only mode until renewed.
Vendor products
Each vendor sets their own return policy on their storefront. Contact the vendor directly for a return. The Platform can mediate disputes but is not the merchant of record.
Chargebacks
A chargeback initiated without first contacting the organizer or vendor may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@agentmeetups.test with the order reference. We will coordinate with the organizer or vendor and issue the refund via the original PayPal transaction where possible.
